Abstract

The influence that employee dedication has on the overall success of an organization was the subject of this study. The determination of the influence of employee commitment in connection to job satisfaction, the ascertainment of whether motivation improves workers’ commitment to work, and the ascertainment of whether employee commitment determines organizational performance were the three goals that were proposed. In accordance with the goals, two hypotheses were developed, and questionnaires were used to test the validity of the null hypothesis.
