ABSTRACT
The primary goal of this study was to investigate “The Impact of Organisational Change on Corporate Growth and Development”. A case study of Uyo City Polytechnic in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
Several related literatures were reviewed in order to determine the purpose of this study; the source of data used in obtaining the information was secondary, which included textbooks, the internet, management, CDs, dictionaries, and other research materials; and the primary method was used in data collection, with the researcher using only the questionnaire of the three methods.
The overall population employed for the study consisted of thirty-five (35) questionnaire copies. Out of 35 copies of the questionnaire distributed, 34 (97.1%) were filled out and returned, while one (29%), was not returned.
The questionnaire utilised was a closed-ended questionnaire, which offered respondents with option boxes to tick their choices. The case study design technique was utilised in the research, with chi-square tests performed to test hypotheses and a decision rule observed.
The findings demonstrate that change plays an important role in the organisation, resulting in corporate growth and development. As a result, the researcher advised, among other things, that the organisation implement change properly.
