Translation, as a means of successful communication, has made significant contributions to education, information dissemination, cultural transfer, and other fields.

However, in rural areas where the majority of the populace is not literate in English, translation appears to have been ineffective, as the government communicates mostly in English, the country’s official language.

The question is whether translated materials can help with information distribution in rural areas, given that many individuals struggle to understand materials written in their indigenous language.
