ABSTRACT

Those who are experienced with journalism will understand how difficult it is to create or develop well-edited news.

This project, Design and Implementation of a Computerised News Editing System, distinguishes itself by providing a solution to the teaming challenges that today’s journalists face in terms of news editing.

The concept of this project is separated into five (5) chapters, allowing adequate time for the study of the existing system in order to develop a new system that is considerably superior to the previous system.

In this project, I examined the traditional news editing system with the goal of establishing a new editing system that will make the work of news editors easier in the area of journalism.
