Abstract
The development of an effective academic plan is merely the first step towards putting the academic programme plan into reality. This necessitates the development of goals and objectives.

As part of a plan.The responsibilities of the academic planning unit include:

i. Provide institutional planning for academic programmes.

ii. Present a regular report to the faculty council.

To accomplish this project, an examination of the academic planning unit was conducted with the goal of identifying the major issues in the academic planning unit.This examination discovered numerous inconsistencies inside the system.

The academic planning unit departments conduct their activities manually. This results in inefficiency, slow response times, poor planning and execution of significant tasks, and low production. As a result, an integrated software model was developed as a possible solution to the observed difficulties.
