ABSTRACT
This research endeavour is an extremely important study for the entire public that uses salons in Enugu. The researcher in this work attempted to determine the extent to which the application of marketing concepts can aid in the successful and efficient operation of an organisation, with a special focus on beauty salons.
The researcher also attempted to determine how the application of marketing concepts aided in encouraging beauty salon customers as opposed to those who knew nothing or very little about marketing concepts and their implementation.
The researcher restricted the scope of the study to the users of these salons at the new Haven Independence Layout and G.R.A Enugu.
The work specifically addressed the following issues:
i. Determine the level to which Magic Fingers Beauty Home and Ultimate Beauty Salon have applied the marketing concept.
ii. To assess the quality of services provided by Magic Finger Beauty Home and Ultimate Beauty Salon.
iii. Determine the extent of variance in client satisfaction with the services provided by Magic Fingers Beauty Home and Ultimate Beauty Salon.
iv. To determine the services offered by Ultimate Hairdressing Salon.
v. Determine the level of consumer satisfaction with the current state of beauty salons in Enugu Metropolis.
To guarantee that this task was completed successfully, the researcher collected data using research instruments such as a questionnaire, an oral interview, and personal observation. Respondents, who are users of beauty homes, provided the essential data.
