ABSTRACT
Our project’s title was “Parents’ Attitudes Towards Girl Child Education in Suru Local Government Area, Kebbi State”. The study had a population of 150 and was designed as a survey.
The research questions were addressed in tables with a descriptive status of simple percentage. One of the most significant conclusions was that early marriage and economic considerations were responsible for girls’ poor or non-participation in Western education. It was also proposed that the few educated girls be employed.
