ABSTRACT
Co-operative Education and training programmes serve to improve co-operative lecture/job performance and lead to increased job satisfaction among co-operative employees.
Cooperatives rely heavily on education and training to increase utilisation, productivity, and dedication to work motivation and growth.
Despite this, many co-operatives have failed in their specific institutions or organisations because their members’ needs for education and training were either ignored or viewed as an essential component of co-operative duties.
These shortcomings in co-operatives are the sole reason I am conducting research on education and training programmes in the institute of management and technology to determine whether there is a co-operative education and training programme for institute members and staff, and how such a programme is carried out.
