COMPUTERISED ECONOMIC GROWTH MONITORING SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
In the face of economic downturns and technological breakthroughs around the world, there is an increasing need to design a computerised monitoring system in order to respond to the global financial management trend.

The presence of a computerised economic growth system in relation to the Ministry of Finance necessitates a more dependent scheme of measures in the federation’s financial control.

Various departments are responsible for revenue generation, and the financial plan is constructed to describe estimates of income and expenses on a long and short term basis, i.e., the financial budget.

Financial terms are measured by the stages of input processing in each sector of the economy. This results in a yearly examination of a dependent economic report inside a country, such as GDP (Gross Domestic Product). The application was designed using Visual Basic 6.0 and a Microsoft Access database.
