COMPUTERIZATION OF CHAMBER RECORD KEEPING SYSTEM

1.1 Introduction

The term communication has several definitions as described by many writers, erudite scholars, and communication historians based solely on their field of study, areas of interest, and, of course, prejudice. This sole reason explains why there is only one single and generally accepted definition of communication.

For this reason, we will define communication as the process of delivering or transferring comprehensible information, ideas, or knowledge from the sender or encoder to the receiver or decoder, who will then respond to such a message with feedback.

The feature of communication relates to the giving and taking, or the transmission and reception of messages. The word communication is really synonymous with transmission, as seen through the concepts of reaction, sharing, and contact.

Messages are created by one group of people and distributed to others who are typically located in locations that are physically and temporally far from the initial context of production.

As a result, in this context, the term communication refers to the social and individual nature of the media, promoting the notion that they are used for interpersonal contact.

Furthermore, recipients now have the ability to intervene in and contribute to the course and substance of the communication process. They are both active and creative in conveying messages through cyberspace, which is supported by the internet.

Not only are the recipients participants in an organised process of symbolic transmission, but limits such as time space are recorded and abolished.

Communication can be defined as the institutionalised production and widespread dispersion of symbolic content via the fixation and transfer of information. It is well known that information codification systems have transitioned from analogue to digital.

This has indeed improved interpersonal communication. With the introduction of infrared, Bluetooth, and wi-fi, cell phones are no longer just used for audio transmission.

When we talk about communication media, we mean the medium or instrument used to deliver a message or information to a large number of individuals.

We can transfer photos, music, papers, games, and e-mails at any time and from any location via communication means. The advancement of media technology has definitely increased the speed and stability of information flow.

However, as media technology advances, individuals no longer receive gratification without interrogating its foundation. People are spending more time enjoying media items such as computers, cell phones, and the internet. These have steadily evolved into essential communication tools in today’s culture.

However, communication media maintenance and management refers to how these mediums or instruments of communication are kept in excellent condition and order, as well as the preventative actions that can be done to ensure that these instruments function properly.

Because communication is such an important component of human effort, communication media houses must devise a better approach to keep these instruments in good working order so that they can fulfil the required obligations to the people in society.
