This research focused on the contributions of cooperative organisations to economic development. This research focuses on the Oru-East local government in Imo State.
The farmer’s cooperative organisation in Oru-East has faced numerous obstacles, including insufficient food production, a lack of technical and financial assistance or subsidies, and little training for the majority of cooperative farmers there.
Furthermore, there is no suitable marketing outlet for agricultural products. As a result, this project work has been assigned to them in order to ensure that all of their concerns are resolved by giving them with standard training to ensure that there is enough time committed to the farm from preparation to harvesting.
