ABSTRACT

This study project focused on corporate image as a strategic tool for improving organisational performance. A Case Study of Etisalat Nigeria. Aba, corporate image is a reflection of organisational performance. The population was one hundred (100), and the sample size was eighty. The approaches utilised were random sampling and chi-squared (x2). Data was obtained using both primary and secondary sources, and the results were presented in tables. After rigorously examining corporate image as a strategic tool for organisational performance, the findings found that age was not actively and efficiently managed. To summarise, the long-term rationale for a positive company image is that it creates an atmosphere conducive to growth and increased earnings, and it improves market communication. Corporate images help organisations maximise profits. To capitalise on the inherent potential, the corporate image should be outdated, and its objectives, both old and new, will be revised.
