DESIGN AND SIMULATION OF AUTHENTICATION AND ADAPTIVE SECURITY FOR DNS SYSTEM

Abstract: Design and simulation of authentication and adaptive security for DNS systems.

The world has evolved dramatically during the previous few decades. Many organisations must now consider worldwide markets and logistics, rather than just local or regional concerns.

Many businesses have sites spread across the country or around the world, and they all require the same thing: a way to maintain cost-effective, quick, secure, and reliable communications no matter where their offices are.

How can we assure the safe transmission of data via a shared infrastructure? The answer is to set up a secure adaptive Domain Name System (DNS).

The application was created using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and an Access database. The programming language was selected due of its simple syntax for creating a Windows-based application.
