ABSTRACT

The research topic is “Effective Marketing Strategies for Colour Photo Processing Services,” with Jonatex Ultra Modern Colour Lab as a case study. The study was driven by the need to understand why Jonatex has been so effective in such a short period of time.

Three hypotheses were developed to test the hypotheses.

a) Determine whether Jonatex’s marketing techniques raise awareness of the company’s offerings.

b) Determine whether Jonatex’s marketing methods result in a rise in company sales.

c) Whether Jonatex’s marketing strategies result in an increase in profits.

To tackle the difficulties, primary and secondary data were gathered. Data was collected via questionnaires, periodicals, and magazines for secondary data, and interviews for primary data. Respondents included both corporate employees and customers.

Percentages and frequencies from tables were used to organise and illustrate the acquired data. The data analysis and interpretation yielded the following results.

The majority of respondents believed that Jonatex’s marketing methods increased awareness of the brand. Also assessed the quality of Jonatex prints as good, appealing, welcoming, luring, and attracting, with a reasonable price.

The majority of respondents rated Jonatex’s distribution channels as satisfactory.

The majority of personnel respondents felt that Jonatex’s strategies do not result in increased profits for the organisation. Jonatex’s marketing strategies have resulted in increased sales.

Based on the results, the researcher suggested that:

1) As part of Jonatex’s endeavour to grow sales, the company should focus on creating the complete service delivery system, training, and manpower development, which will result in significant improvements in their personnel and assist boost sales.

2) The organisation should develop additional channel strategies to save customers time in terms of distribution and collection.

3) As part of Jonatex’s efforts to boost profits, seminars and workshops with current and up-to-date knowledge on how the company can be more profitable than other picture processing firms should be held, as well as responsive appropriate marketing.

4) Jonatex Ultra Modern Colour Lab should do more to preserve solid customer relationships and practise marketing culture.

The study concludes that, despite its short existence, Jonatex Lab has been successful due to its distribution techniques and higher quality, which have given the company a competitive advantage over its competitors.
