ABSTRACT

The research focuses on the impact of trade unions on worker productivity and organisational behaviour. Trade unions have been one of the most debated problems in the field of industrial relations.

However, the major purpose of trade unions is to allow workers to collectively set the terms of their employment that they cannot hope to achieve individually.

This initiative attempted to assess the perceptions of workers, namely those at Nigeria Eagle Flour Mills Limited in Ibadan, Oyo State. It was concluded and demonstrated convincingly that trade unions had an impact on worker productivity and organisational behaviour.
