ABSTRACT

Using The Ibarapa Polytechnic, Eruwa as a case study, the authors investigate the impact of “filling, indexing, and record keeping” on school success. Its purpose is to investigate how tracking, indexing, and fitting contribute to a company’s expansion. The first chapter contains the introductory material. Included in this are the study’s aims, a description of the issues, its relevance, its limitations, and a hypothesis statement. The review of relevant literature is one of the many topics covered in Chapter 2. Methodology, research population, study sample, data collection instruments, validation of instruments, data collection procedures, and analytic methodologies make up Chapter 3. The fourth chapter focusses on data presentation and analysis. The findings summary, conclusion, and recommendations are presented in chapter five, the last section. This subject is crucial to think about, and the importance of filling, indexing, and record-keeping cannot be overstated, as I learnt throughout the course of the research. The failure to maintain adequate records has contributed to the demise or bankruptcy of numerous businesses.

CHAPTER ONE

INTRODUCTION

1.1 The Background of the Study

Individuals, organisations, and many others with a stake in the future have relied on filling, indexing, and record keeping since the inception of institutions. The title of my paper, “Filling, indexing, and record keeping on the attainment of organisational goal,” is something I am quite proud of.

Indeed, in order to prove this claim with absolute certainty. What we call “filing” is actually the practice of organising and storing papers and records in a way that makes them easy to find when needed for reference. A file is like an organization’s memory; without it, records would be completely missing.

Keeping track of the order’s records is useful for looking back on past events, deeds, and judgements. Decisions made by management are also aided by it. It can either be an account of facts or a way to record and keep track of information for future reference.

One way to find information in a book or file is to look for an index. When looking for certain records in a system manual, an index might be a lifesaver. As a crucial tool for locating reference materials already in the field, it can also be described in this way.
