1.1 Background of the Study

1. Determine the influence of leadership styles on the attitudes and motivation of workers by applying various theories.

2. Determine the relationship between motivation and production as a result of appropriate supervision. This becomes critical when it is understood that administrative action in most organisations is ultimately aimed at increasing and maintaining output.
3. Show how leadership activities affect the production of people being led, while also acknowledging that workplace interactions have an impact on productivity.
4. Address the issue of low productivity in organisations with improved
