raising employee morale, and attaining business growth and success. This programme increases employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities, allowing them to be more competent and successful at work, resulting in a rise in production.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of training and development on employee performance and productivity, with a focus on Lemon Nigeria Plc. In conclusion, worker training and development have an impact on organisational productivity, effectiveness, and performance.

The historical background of lemon led to its current status as a well-known brand.
