ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to determine the impact of sales promotions on consumer brand loyalty, with uncle C.Y Bread serving as a case study. The project is organised into five chapters.
The first chapter explains the topic, defines some terms, and states the problems and objective of the study. It also includes the hypotheses. Chapter two examined some available literatures related to the study.
The third chapter discusses study technique, specifically the survey research design that was used. Two hundred (200) questionnaires were provided to respondents in Obowo Local Government Area.
Chapter four examines all of the questions in the surveys using basic percentages, and chi-square tests the hypothesis given in Chapter One. Chapter five summarises the findings, conclusions, and recommendations. Some of the findings include
