INFLUENCE OF TRADE UNIONISM ON MANAGEMENT POLICY IMPLEMENTATION IN NIGERIA
ABSTRACT
The impact of trade unionism on the execution of management policies in Nigeria. Anambra state civil service is of interest to management, government, and workers alike; workers must be organised and protected in order to speak out with a unified voice.
The researcher additionally emphasises the trade union’s role to worker performance by determining how management policies are executed and how the union achieved their goal through worker performance.
While the study employed some researcher questions and provided a research hypothesis, both primary and secondary data were gathered. According to the data, the researcher discovered that workers have a higher sense of belonging in the organisation when they engage in decision making.
This is because the majority of workers are satisfied with their existing working conditions and management practices. This allowed them to do a better job.
The hypothesis text revealed that the trade union made an effort to improve worker performance. Because trade unions enhance these, they should avoid conflict and instead continue with communication through collective bargaining.
