Abstract
The issues with personnel management and how they affect employee output are the focus of this research. Two hundred employees from chosen businesses in the Aguata local government area of Anambra state make up the study’s overall population. In order to gather information, the researcher used questionnaires. The researchers in this study used a descriptive survey approach. Members of senior and junior staff, as well as human resource managers and secretaries, made up the 133 respondents that participated in the survey. Tables were used to display the data, and basic statistics like percentages and frequencies were used for analysis.
