The methodology of this study primarily utilized the quantitative approach. Data was gathered from 127 respondents selected from the organisation using purposive and convenience sampling techniques. The instruments used self-administered close-ended questionnaires. Ethical considerations were strictly observed. The Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient (r), Simple Regression analysis and Independent t Test were used for the data analyses. The results of the study showed a significant positives relationship between transformational leadership style and employees task performance Contrarily, a negative relationship was found between transactional leadership style and employees task performance.
