The business organizations (BOs) would be required to utilize all available resources. Human resources or organization personnel comprise a crucial asset for achieving success, as is already well-known. Yet, what motivates or satisfies the personnel of an organization to fulfill its goals?
In this study, we investigate some of the elements that influence employee incentive to improve performance. Through empirical and theoretical analysis, the study will determine the connection between employee motivation, organizational performance, and revenue growth at BO.
This study’s objective is to investigate the effect of employee motivation on organizational effectiveness. Personnel motivation will include factors such as employee bonuses, effective communication within the workplace, and job satisfaction.
