ONLINE CASH RECEIPT GENERATING SYSTEM FOR A SUPERMARKET

Chapter one

A cash receipt generating system helps businesses keep accurate records of money in and out of their operations. This is based on the belief that a business organisation should have business colleagues who swap market with one another.

It is a truth that the majority of contracts include an obligatory activity that is outlined in the terms of the agreement, such as a payment to their client or partners or a payment from their client into their own account.

Another consideration is if it will be cash without a comment balance or an installment loan, as well as the number of installments.

This is clearly mentioned in the organization’s activities and methods of operation. Whenever payment is made, receipts are issued, which are centred on the writing of what each party has in stock.

1.1 Justification of the Project.

To have a computerised business operation, the business must be viewed from a fresh perspective. Not only should one be concerned with customers, prices, production, and so on, but also with data forms, information flows, procedures, and so on.

It is important to note that computers are employed as a co-existing element in an information system. This application is successful and productive since it improves the processing of information systems. (Automated)

In this study, we will primarily consider the possibilities of creating an outline orderly model for developing effect transformation. The process of modifying a system is systematic, resulting in recurrence. Every system, including information systems, has what is known as a life cycle. By reviewing and altering them, we say:

It’s a system development cycle. The routine is consistently cyclical. The well-known input-processing-output-feedback pattern of all systems is established during system development.

The system development output comprises of numerous organisational information systems. The feedback components aid in determining the system’s effectiveness in response to changing requirements.

The processing components consist of three parts.

System Analysis

System design

System implementation.

None of these parts can be considered independently of the other two. To be polite, I would state that the actions involved in system development are a linked set.

Definition of Purpose
The rate of accepting diverse sources of reception by the theme of this project paper into an organisation, keeping track of the files can operate at any time, and the client’s financial report.

1.3 Statement of the Problem

Rorban Stores LTD’s cash receipt system is designed to keep track of all purchase and sales receipts.

By doing so, they save information about each transaction, such as the client’s name, address, transaction data, and product description. Quantity of goods, model number of the items, and amount of goods.

This record contains the financial information for both the client and the organisation.

The scope (limitation) of the project

This project is mostly limited to Rorban Stores LTD, serving as a case study for the project paper. In Rorban stores, the cash receipts system is limited to the.

Purchase receipts and/or invoices.

Sales receipts or invoices

Other organisations may use a different receipt system. In this project paper, we will just discuss sales and purchases.

Scope of Purchases

During my interview with the accountant and sales manager of Rarban shops LTD, I noticed that the organisation does not keep any record of credits when transactions are made. As a result, the term paper renders the concept of calculating credit during the transaction obsolete.

It is correct to suggest that Rorban stores do not make purchases on credit in order to avoid holding extensive records, which frequently disagree.

Sales scope

There is a separate sales file for all customers and dealers (businesses that purchase from them) that pay cash. The corporation also keeps separate buyer sales creditors and debtors files.

As a result, the term paper focuses primarily on the aforementioned sales topic. The corporation keeps one purchase database file and three sales database files, for a total of four database files.
