PROPOSAL ON EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AS A TOOL FOR ACHIEVING ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL AND OBJECTIVE

Project overview
In business and industry, communication serves to orient employees to collaborate with one another and achieve the organization’s positive goals, and it is the mechanism by which such goals can be sought, attained, sustained, and improved. It is the lubricant that keeps the machinery of an organisation operational.

Essentially, communication affects every aspect of human behaviour. It informs or better still, disseminates information/messages to the intended audience. Communication among society members is one of the human race’s unique characteristics.

Communication is a fundamental aspect of human behaviour. Indeed, communication may be man’s most crucial single action because it underpins all other activities.

Effective communication enables the sender to comprehend the emotion and intention behind the information being sent to the receiver. One of the issues we are now dealing with in the organisation is the inability to send a clear message that is understood by the receiver.

We have talented employees in the organisation, but how to keep them longer is a major concern. We typically hear that employees leave the organisation for a variety of reasons, including receiving a greater pay offer, the new firm providing more benefits, and the ease with which they can advance their careers.

In this study, we will look at the approach used to scientifically present and analyse data gathered from multiple sources. The research methodology refers to the precise procedures or strategies used to gather, select, process, and analyse information about a topic. The methodology portion of a research study allows the reader to critically assess the study’s overall validity and dependability.

This study will use a descriptive survey as its research approach. The comparative analysis will be accomplished by utilising the t-test statistic for the comparison of mean scores at the 0.05 level of significance, while the replies questions were analysed using mean and standard deviation.

Effective communication among employees in an organisation is dependent on the style of communication in order to build an awareness of techniques that support excellent communication, which has an impact on any organization’s success.

Employers and employees must communicate consistently, clearly, completely, and accurately with one another. When communication breaks down, some barriers may include body gestures, language, culture, emotions, and different personalities.

The objectives of the study
The following objectives will be assessed:

To evaluate the effect of communication in management

To determine the existing communication hurdles in an organisation.

To determine the goal of communication in an organisation.

To identify the challenges of inefficient communication and propose alternative solutions to fulfil the organization’s purpose.
