ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to examine, using three specific organisations in Kaduna Metropolis as case studies, how internet software packages affect the productivity of modern secretaries. From the study’s stated goals and objectives, four research questions were derived. The process of reviewing relevant literature was initiated. Researcher observation and questionnaires were utilised to gather data from a population and sample size of 120 for the study. Nominated respondents included secretaries, executives, and lower-level employees. After distributing and collecting 120 completed surveys, we were able to establish four research questions that would guide our data collection and analysis. The results showed that the secretary can do a better job of carrying out his or her responsibilities in an organisation with the use of the internet.
