The study was organised into five chapters. Based on the aforementioned.
Chapter one discusses the study’s history, problem statement, objective, significance, scope, and limitations. In general, the history of cooperative education in underdeveloped countries around the world has been characterised by a lack of cooperative education and training.
In precise terms, the study’s objectives are to determine the significance of cooperative education and training. To determine how cooperative education has influenced the effective or inefficient operation of cooperative business enterprises.
The second chapter provides a survey of previous literature on this topic.
Chapter three discusses the study’s population, which includes all registered primary cooperative societies in the Udi Local Government Area, sampling and sample size determination, sample technique, and data sources (primary and secondary).
Primary materials were gathered through oral interviews, questionnaires, and observations, while secondary sources came from cooperative textbooks, literature reviews, and periodicals.
Chapter four focuses on presentation, analysis, and interpretation, as well as tabular data display on a percentage basis.
Chapter five focuses on the summary of research findings, conclusion, and recommendations.
Improve cooperative education/training so that it has a significant beneficial impact on the effective administration of cooperative commercial enterprises. Based on the findings, the researcher recommends that rigorous training be done.
Adequate cooperative education/training and effective management of cooperative business enterprises will aid in the growth of cooperative societies in the Udi Local Government Area.
