INTRODUCTION

Background to the Study
In today’s organisations, the main factors that the organisation must consider so that they can achieve their goals and objectives in the workforce, and this workforce is based on the motivation of the organization’s human capital management, and when the organization’s human capital management is active, the employees will be able to put in their best effort to achieve the organisational goals and objectives.

Unlike in the management circle, planning, coordinating, and controlling are relevant to all types of enterprises, regardless of operation. The circle is relevant regardless of the type of work people do.

The general application approves what is known as the universal function of management, which includes planning, organising, staffing, coordinating, directing, and managing.

As a result, managing human effort is the key to success in the form of productive processes. The success or failure of any organisation is determined by human capital management in an organisation

which assists employees in doing their best to fulfil the organization’s goals and objectives. Human capital management also ensures job-relatedness and personal job matching.

It is a well-known reality that no organisation can run effectively without an appropriate supply of human capital, both in terms of quality and quantity.

Employing the appropriate abilities in the right places is a surefire path to success for any organisation. One of the primary duties of the human capital department is to plan for the organization’s human capital requirements.

To fulfil an organization’s goal of profit maximisation, production and employee rewards must be directly linked to the task being performed. Human capital must be efficiently managed since it has a significant impact on improved performance. To ensure this, greater attention should be paid to labour reactivation in the organisation and their performance.

Appraisal and reprimanding of any employee who has performed well or poorly while executing the assigned task must be done successfully in order to encourage or urge them to complete their work well.

As a result, every organisation needs properly manage its workers in order to meet its set aims and objectives.

Furthermore, recognition of employees as asserts is required for the successful operation of an organisation, as is planning for candidates to be promoted for succession of referring employees.

Thus, human capital are important assets in an organisation that helps control and mount surveillance on their assets, thereby increasing productivity.

Statement of the Problem
Every organisation requires high productivity for survival, which can only be achieved when human resources are well handled. If this is not done, staff will perform poorly, causing serious challenges for the organisation.
