ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study project is to determine the core of radio remarks and their impact on listeners.
The endeavour begins with information that provides insight into the historical background of news commentaries.
It was processed to investigate the influence of news commentary on this audience and their differentiating characteristics. It then proceeds to a full explanation of relevant literature in order to formulate the research question and hypothesis.
The research question was designed to adequately address the issue of radio commentary in respect to its listeners. Questionnaires were distributed to the sampled respondents.
The study’s findings revealed that news comments have a lower impact on some country residents due to a lack of information and illiteracy.
The study suggested that radio news commentary raise enough awareness to mitigate the effect of respondent illiteracy, and that additional research be encouraged.
